You need a way to keep all potential customer complaints on your radar. It’s not enough to just react to problems when the phone rings. You need to be proactive. Otherwise, you will end up with negative complaints and bad word of mouth.One of the best ways I know to prevent those unforeseen negative reviews is to use the Awareness Board.

The purpose of the Awareness Board is to always be aware of any customers that are not 100% satisfied. By encouraging everyone in your company to add any customers that are not 100% satisfied to the Awareness Board, you can decide how you will work to resolve their issue.

I know how frustrating it can be to receive a negative online review when you never even knew there was a problem. I know what it’s like to think that everything went smooth on the move only to find out the customer was not completely satisfied.

The Awareness Board helped me to bring any possible customer issues to the surface. I was able to keep them on my radar and make sure we were doing everything we could to resolve the issue.
